Meat, vegetables, fish, fruit, dairy products, and ice cream - a large portion of these products come directly from the surrounding area. That's why they work so well in our traditional dishes. The PAULGARTEN - Grill & Greens restaurant stands for culinary excellence, using regional ingredients that are subtly enhanced by international influences. The centrepiece of our open kitchen is the spectacular grill from the Tyrolean studio SIMONSON, a true masterpiece of craftsmanship. This grill, fuelled exclusively by hardwood, is one of the largest indoor grills in the Austrian restaurant industry and imparts a distinctive smoky flavour to the dishes. The intense heat and precise temperature control result in perfectly cooked dishes that are juicy on the inside and deliciously crispy on the outside. This experience is complemented by our in-house dry-aged cuts of meat, whose intense, full-bodied flavour makes every grilled dish a special treat.
